Giclée Print

Giclee, pronounced “zhee-clay” is the process of making fine art prints from digital files using ink-jet printing. Using professional fade resistant archival inks and a range of high quality papers, beautiful, fully archival prints are produced with incredibly fine detail.

Artists generally use this method to make limited edition reproductions of their work. Whilst this is a more costly method than lithographic printing on a per print basis, it has the advantage of avoiding costly set-up charges for mass printing, not to mention the storage needed for larger print runs.
