Cut Vinyl Graphics
We offer a comprehensive vinyl lettering and vinyl logo production service. Cut vinyl solutions are used extensively in all aspects of
display and may be flat colour or full colour decals.
Applications:
Exterior / interior signage and messages, retail point of sale, shop window information, exterior banners, vehicle graphics, exhibition displays.
Matching
If you have a particular colour you wish to achieve we can advise
what matches are available. You can supply a colour swatch or
Pantone reference and we will advise on the most suitable match.
Artwork
Vinyl applications can be prepared and supplied to us ready for cutting. Alternatively we offer an artwork / type setting / file preparation service.
Application notes
Tack the vinyl in place with a low tack tape with the transfer film and adhesive cover still in place. Adjust the positioning with a tape measure or spirit level (or by eye!).
Remove the cover to the adhesive layer and wipe down from the center out (through the transfer film) using the edge of a credit card or similar implement. Once you are satisfied the vinyl is fully adhered to the surface with all the air bubbles removed from underneath, then remove the transfer film. Make sure, while carefully removing the film, that none of the vinyl is lifted off. Finally, wipe down with a clean cloth to remove any dust or debris.
